Limitless Connect managed an offshore entity contracted to provide SEO services for my business. The Limitless Connect team did an excellent job creating a Trello dashboard depicting the SEO activities that occurred each week. Then any issues arose, they engaged the appropriate leaders at the offshore entity to remediate the problem. The COVID-19 pandemic forced my business to make immediate changes to our protocols throughout the school. In a matter of hours, we had to change from allowing parents in the school to pick up their children to absolutely no one entering except teachers and children. This created an issue with being able to efficiently bring children to the front be picked up while at the same time having to answer the phone when parents were letting us know they were on the way. I shared my issue with Chris and he immediately provided a solution. He was able to walk me through setting up a Google voice number, connect it tour gmail and install it on phones, Apple watches and iPads within an hour. This enabled our parents to text us when they were coming which we received our devices. This simple set up has allowed us to quickly gather the children from our classrooms and have them ready to be picked up quickly so our parent were able to maintain social distancing and quickly be in their way home home. Just one week later we had a gas main break on the main road outside our school. We had to evacuate immediately. I sent a message to all of the parents and requested that they picked up their children at the location the firemen designated. On the way to our meeting location the fireman aborted the plan and changed locations because the threat was still too close. Thankfully, I had the Google voice app with all of the parent contacts right on my phone so I was able to text everyone of the change in plans. Had I not had this in place we would have had a huge communication problem. His solution has been so effective and valuable (even better it is free service from Google) that I have shared with the entire Goddard Franchise. I am so thankful to have IT support from Chris.
